What happens after I request a commission?

We will personally reach out via WhatsApp with a quote and confirm all details. Once your commission is secured, a mockup will be prepared for your approval. Upon completion of the artwork, we will arrange for its safe delivery to you.

Am I able to select a cap outside of the options listed above?

Our portraits are usually crafted on The Iconic Cotton Chino Ball Cap from Polo Ralph Lauren because of its quality and comfort. If you would like to use an alternative cap, please reach out to us via Instagram.

Can my cap be completed ahead of the current lead time?

We typically deliver our completed caps within the current lead time. Should you require your cap sooner, kindly reach out to us via Instagram.
